Heads up, if you're travelling through Kingman, or up for a day trip, I'll be hosting a pot luck at the ATF Convenience Store Sunday May 26.
How it works:
I fill up the train with meat, heat, and smoke. Food comes out of it around 5PM. That's the limits of my responsibility. While the shop will be nominally open to hang out, I don't typically have firearms out or conduct business during the pot lucks. Maybe some show and tell, but that's it.
If you want to join in the shenanigans, bring a chair, I'm notoriously short on those. Plan to hang out in the parking lot with the rest the zany locals.
Feel free, but don't feel obligated, to bring a side dish/drinks/desert. Don't ask what you can bring, I don't coordinate it, I just let it magically happen. One of these days we'll end up with nothing but 87 varieties of baked beans, but to date it's worked out well.
Event goes until I get sick of people, or they wander off. If it lasts late enough, I'll drag out a projector and play a movie on the wall. Previous movies have included everything from Red Dawn to George of the Jungle.
This is a good change to hang out with some good people.
