Dumb Question, is preban stuff still a valuable thing in MA? Like pre 1994 AR15 lowers?

Yes, pre 94 lowers are good to go here as well as mags.

Anything pre 94 does not need to comply with the AWB.

I have a preban PWA lower I bought pre safe act. I guess I would be willing to sell it to help others out. What are they going for in MA?
