I’m from Pa and a Ga resident purchase a rifle from me.  Can I sen directly to member or need I use an FFL?   thanks in advance all.

No, you cannot.  This is a Federal issue, not Georgia's doing.

You can only ship a handgun by common carrier (but not U.S. mail) and a long gun by U.S. mail or common carrier to a federally licensed retailer, but not to a non-licensed individual in another state.

Might have the buyer send you a copy of the FFL's license they want to use. Shipping firearms is such a PITA.

GA buyer needs to send you a copy of the FFL which is where you will ship the firearm to.

When you receive the FFL enter the number into EZ check to make sure it's legit before shipping.

If you still don't understand what to do, bring the firearm and FFL to your local dealer and have him ship it for you.
