But when a government continually violates the rights of the people, clearly and with the purpose of exercising absolute power over them, the people have a right and duty to throw off that government. |

Its always fun to see the twisted logic and reasoning the state has to come up with to justify banning the AR-15.
It would be really fun throw up the following image in court and direct the state's lawyer to explain why one of these two semiautomatic detachable magazine rifles is banned even though it is the most popular rifle by far and commonly used/available in 40+ other states including being used as a hunting rifle in other states. Both use detachable magazines, both use the same ammunition, both operate in a similar fashion, both are semiautomatic rifles.  If an AR-15 was a hunting rifle in CT would it then be granted the same deference the state's lawyer mentions? Doubt it. The writing is on the wall for FUDD's, YOUR guns are next on the chopping block. |
