I’m traveling to PR and was wondering if my LTC is valid there? My wife has no permit, can she carry since Texas is a  constitutional carry now?

You have to fill Form PPR-1062 and send it to the Puerto Rico Police five days prior to your arrival.

Once they approve Form 1062 you would be allowed to conceal carry in the Island.
