I have a thread here about some training classes I'm going to be running in February. I'd like to know what sorts of classes folks might be interested in over in Idaho this summer and fall? Courses could be anything from home defense, to irregular warfare, or anything in between. Thoughts? |

The land navigation stuff would be cool.  I've tried putting together firearm skills classes for some groups and they just don't want to put in the range time. Basic IFAK components and practical application (stop the bleed ) was more popular. Your APC rope course is good stuff, the application of the 'A' frame is a good build. We did rope bridges and other camp gadget type stuff, good for team building. Search and rescue skills are always good also. Keep us posted

Keep us posted I should clarify that this is classes for Rearden Armament, my own company. It is not APC related. While the American Pioneer Corps teaches leadership and all sorts of outdoors skills, which happens to include basic shooting skills, Rearden Armament is a private military/intelligence/security company. These courses cost money, and are meant to be focused specifically on offensive, defensive, and special operations forces task training. Urban assault, reconnaissance, MOUT, breacher (mechanical and explosive), etc. Though I'm happy to arrange a TCCC or combat lifesaver course if there is enough interest. |
