Did a quick trip in to see Pima Air and Space . Surprised to see a gun show at Expo Center . Going to give it a whirl, any recommendations on eating joints to check out, here through Sat? Chubby guy, grey beard, I figure I will blend in. Should have brought my BFL hat to signal to meet other Arfcommers. |
| Found a Taco Truck and enjoyed some Birra tacos....I enjoyed the show as well, a couple of auto knifes by Trenchtek left the show with me. Best purchase was a 55 cord scorpion that is pretty cool. Great guy making them along with tons of paracord products. Titan site today and the Pi,a ground museum tomorrow. |

Just wanted to put out there is already good food truck just off Interstate at Sahuarita called National Eats, had a really good cheese steak and chase curds. Stopped on way to Titan museum. Drove over to Pima Military Vehicle Museum, as I had combo ticket from Air and Space. Neat new location for the collection. I only needed an hour, so went on up to Mt Lemon and that was a great drive. Loved the views. Lunch was at Poco and Mom's. Had heard it was special for New Mexico green chili and sopapillas, which I love. It was decent but not special to me. Couple more days to fill, but have no doubt I can find stuff to do. |
