Let them remove all the CW Monuments then there is no racism, so they can't bitch about racism. Yeah Right. My wife wanted to take the kids to see Monticello, Montpelier, and so forth. The amount of pushing about slavery and the evils of our Founding Fathers is sickinening. Yes slavery was evil, it was wrong, it is still wrong that we are slaves to the government, but damn, those men did a fuck load more than just have slaves. |
| Richmond's school budget was $9 MILLION in the whole at the beginning of this school year. So of course, the City of Richmond decided to dedicate a bunch of money at removing statues because????? Richmond hasn't had decent leadership since Doug Wilder was the mayor. Richmond could be a really great city if it wasn't run by complete and total douchewaffles. |

Shoot, the city is temporarily closing schools because they can’t do proper mold remediation and need tens of millions for maintenance. But they can afford jack ass superintendents who spend most of their time sticking their nose in politics rather than giving two craps about the state of education in the city. The bad part about that is all the young urban pioneer libs move into the surrounding counties after their kids reach school age and infect the county with city ideas. Hell, Henrico was the seat of the Republican Party and now it’s just as blue as Fairfax. |
