I am currently living in Villa Rica, renting a place. I moved with my then pregnant spouse less than a year ago to the area. We now have  a 3 month old. We are looking around the area for a home to purchase within the next few months. Price should be around sub $350k. I am partial to Chattahoochee hills but not many homes for sale in the area in that price range. Any locals know of any good cities to raise a child in ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Additional information - We both currently work from home. Commute is not an issue. We are seeking land/space away from the hustle and bustle.

Carrollton city schools and Bremen city schools are the best in west GA if you're thinking that far ahead.

Carrollton, Newnan are nice.  Carrollton is more affordable.   I live close to the rural areas of Chattahoochee hills, its a nice area, but getting pricey as you say.

you can always Consider home-based education with like minded parents too.
