We moved to Manhattan about 2 weeks ago. My wife is going a bit crazy because she can't stand the clover mites. Don't remember seeing them anywhere else we have lived. They are mostly on the windowsills but also we find them on the walls and everywhere. We've been vacuuming them up and I sprayed the outside liberally with Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer. The house we are renting is only a few years old so the windows seals and such shouldn't be in too bad of a condition. Does everyone in this area have problems with these mites? Anything else we can do to get rid of them? |

This stuff is food grade safe and kills bed bugs, so I am sure it can handle some mites. Way better than the stuff you have been using. You will also need to buy a sprayer, should be under $20. Suspend SC |

My wife said it looked like it was killing them. Hopefully it will keep them out of our house because I sprayed it pretty heavily.  @bowmanch |

Quick update. That "Suspend" insecticide has really done the trick! Checked the windowsills this morning and there were only a few live mites. In comparison, previously there would be dozens of live mites on each windowsill. My wife is very happy and relieved! Thanks again @bowmanch !
