Harmeet Dhillon Co-Authors First Ever Pro-2A DOJ Brief in Pending Supreme Court Case The beleaguered Justice Department continues sending mixed signals on the Second Amendment, but on November 24, it marked a historical event, filing the first ever pro-Second Amendment brief filed in a pending Supreme Court case. The DOJ's 29-page brief, issued under D. John Sauer, Solicitor General and Counsel of Record, Harmeet K. Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, and Sarah M. Here's the GD thread on today's win in the Wolford case. SCOTUS win, The court holds that the Hawaii law is unconstitutional, Wolford (vampire rule) This win doesn't affect our carry here in NJ since Judge Bumb in the District court already has an injunction on where we can freely enter places open to the public. What the SCOTUS decision does for us is that it negates all the arguments that New Jersey made in defending the current sensitive places. It's only a matter of time now where the 3rd Circuit issues their decision on not only the Koons / Siegel sensitive places cases but also the Cheeseman / ANJRPC AWB cases.  We're waiting  |

But "Maryland Dad" (an illegal and gang member, on badge cam video in the act of "what appears to be" human trafficking) got like 50 cases in a year, and months of MSM coverage.
