Think we would be screwed if these are removed from the NFA? ETA: 202.350 discusses Cans and look like they would be safe. looks like SBRs may have to become pistols if Short makes it. NRS 202.275 Possession, manufacture or disposition of short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun: Penalty; exceptions. 1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, a person who knowingly or willfully possesses, manufactures or disposes of any short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130. 3. This section does not prohibit: (a) The possession or use of any short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun by any peace officer when authorized to do so in the performance of official duties; (b) The possession of any short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun by a person who is licensed as a firearms importer, manufacturer, collector or dealer by the United States Department of the Treasury, or by a person to whom such a rifle or shotgun is registered with the United States Department of the Treasury; or |
| Lombardo just signed the renewal of that atrocious 30 year Clark county inflation based gas tax so they get another 30 years of increases. Damn state will be merged with California soon enough. Unfortunately I have business in NV as well so I am stuck with it for my Diesel fuel. $1.11 per gallon is pure tax right now in Clark County. Only .37 cents of that total is Federal gas tax. |

As a Northie, I was a bit surprised by the comparative cost difference of fuel between Nye County and Vegas last time I was there. |

Except as otherwise provided in this section and NRS 202.3653 to 202.369, inclusive, a person within this State shall not: (b) Manufacture or cause to be manufactured, or import into the State, or keep, offer or expose for sale, or give, lend, possess or use a machine gun or a silencer, unless authorized by federal law; It looks as though Silencers at the state level are illegal already. If the federal governments stops regulating silencers, they will no longer be legal in Nevada. If you owned any Federally regulated NFA items you would be good. |
