I believe Silencer Shop was in on the lawsuit as well. Either way fantastic job to all! MiamiJBT your unwavering commitment and hard work is greatly appreciated! Let's see where things are at after the dust settles. How about they dump/destroy all the NFA registry data? Like that will ever happen even if they say it was done. |

Back when this all started I bought one of the PSA/GOA lowers and told myself I'd either build it into my first no-stamp suppressed SBR or I'd leave it as a reminder of what we could've had. I look forward to figuring out what can to put on it and I appreciate the hell out of everything you guys have done and all you'll hopefully do in the near future. Good luck, godspeed, and give em all the hell they deserve and maybe a little more for good measure

I just got an email from Eric Pratt that says: "The court limited our victory to GOA members, and other named plaintiffs in the lawsuit, so if you're not currently a member now is the time to sign up!" I just bought a lifetime membership, so I assume I'm covered but how does that work if I go into a shop or buy a suppressor online? Do I just show them my membership card and CWL or will they not know or care and make me do a Form 4 anyway? |

I just read the following: If the 7 stay holds and the DOJ does not appeal, the no NFA would apply to residents of the following states (as long as it also doesn't violate state laws in that state) Texas, South Carolina, Alaska, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming And members of the following organizations: Gun Owners of America, the Gun Owners Foundation, the Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition, Silencer Shop Foundation, Texas State Rifle Association, FPC Action Foundation, and Citizens Committee For The Right To Keep And Bear Arms And customers of PSA, Silencerco, and B&T USA Because the injunction remedies the injuries to the plaintiffs, it only covers current and future customers' transactions with the plaintiffs and their commercial members. the Court's injunction does not allow a commercial plaintiff's customer (or the customer of an associational plaintiff's commercial member) avoid the challenged NFA provisions "for all NFA firearms they possess, transfer, sell, make, and manufacture." So is Florida not covered? I’m confused. |

PSA posted a video saying to qualify under this ruling to convert an existing firearm to a SBR, it must have been purchased from PSA AND you must be a GOA member. I thought simply being a GOA member was sufficient to convert any firearm (regardless of where you purchased it) to a SBR/SBS.  NFA Update - SBRs & SBSs | Palmetto State Armory |

A tad confused on the "SBR" thing. *My prior understanding:Florida resident, GOA member, Geiselle AR PISTOL-ok to add a stock, no paperwork? *PSA video--The pistol has to be from PSA themselves--?? *Take this however, is it a "grab" to sell PSA products or is the first correct? |

Spoke to an NFA dealer, yesterday. He was somewhat aware based solely on what he has seen on the Internet. He has heard nothing from ATF regarding changes to the transfer process. He did say that while he would love to sell suppressors (and other NFA items) cash and carry, he is going to wait until he has something, in writing, directly from ATF. He has cans in inventory on form 3’s in his name and customer’s with form 4’s that are processing in the system. Still lots of questions regarding how NOT to go to jail. Honestly, I can’t blame him. Nobody wants to blindly walk out on that 10M diving board and HOPE that there is water in the pool. I’m not mentioning the shop name because I don’t speak FOR them. This is just what I gleaned from the conversation. |
