as I've been out of the loop for a bit, I honestly haven't keep up with all the intricacies of our fubar lawas & regulations.... as a private party, is it legal for me to sell my left over 80% lowers (to washingtonians in particular, but to anyone else in general)? got about a dozen lowers that I'm thinking of liquidating & don't even know if its worth the effort to list them in our state with the draconian regs the legislature keep pushing down out throats |
| 80% are not even technically illegal in WA, despite common belief. They are required to have a background check done (somehow) and be serial numbered and have an FFL’s info added. Good luck finding an FFL wanting to stick their name on your receiver though… |
