It's hard to help customers with issues if they don't let me know about it until now and thus making a time crunch on their own Dont test your equipment until 2 days before you need it (Wednesday), and I can only potentioally fix it from 1-1:40pm, unless its a computer issue then their tech has to fix it .... sent them instructions that should fix it if they follow them and don't skip any steps.... which they always do |
