@RRAMODERATOR Steve, I placed order 82137 back on 10/13 for some small parts. Received everything but "Item 59 - Rear sight assembly (#AR0059) - Qty 1" from my order. I sent a message to CS on 10/19 but never heard anything back... Could you help me out? I tried to send a PM but your inbox was full. Just let me know - thanks! |

I hate to be the one post this…. But I just learned that Steve passed away in the fall of 2022. https://www.theoutdoorwire.com/releases/459de1b6-ecbc-4bb0-aab4-65387dd98e26 If this is old news, I apologize. Steve was a great guy to communicate with. Only yesterday was guaranteed. |

Seems like Steve was the only one in CS at RRA, as I can't remember anyone else answering questions here or through email. I did notice that RRA's CS dropped off the map and I've wondered what was going on. |

This is the first time I've heard this news too, and I also pass on my sincerest condolences to Steve's family and close friends. I've talked/texted with Steve many times over the years and always had the highest respect for him. And RRA could certainly not have asked for a better person to represent the company... Forrest |
