Thursday October 10th- we have commercial power back in our area. High speed internet is not yet back and may be a while. Anything we do on the net is via spotty cell connection. If you send a lengthy email, include a phone number and we will call you to answer any questions, etc. that you have. Even during the two week period without power, running water, etc. we shipped dozens and dozens of orders! Think about that next time you’re waiting 12 weeks for some company to send you something during normal times!!! We have redundancies built into our business just like our lives, and that has helped over 32 real years in business. We hope to have high speed internet back in the next week or so. Phone lines are all routed to the cell phone right now, due to regular phone lines still being down here. Normally cell service is great, but sometimes it’s not, bear with us on this until all services are restored. We ARE SHIPPING ORDERS but orders must currently be placed online only, as we have no phone connection to charge phone orders. Phone remains quickest to get answers, but all emails are responded to in a very short period of time. Thanks for your patience during this time and for the multitude of offers of help.
