| I put together an upper with Geissele barrel, it ran like a champ suppressed. Unsuppressed it won't pick up another round out of the magazine. Occasionally it will eject the spent casing but not always. The trigger resets. So far I've tried different lowers, different bolts, different buffer weights, different mags, and have taken the gas block/tube off to insure there's no blockage. Any ideas? It's a very good shooter and I would like to get it reliable |

Is it the mid length barrel or a takeoff intermediate length? You didn't mention ammo. What ammo? Pretty sure Geissele tunes to use 5.56 pressure ammo, not .223 pressure, and certainly not steel. ETA: the standalone 16" mid length barrel has a pretty large gas port at .078" |
