Looking into building a 22TCM ar15, would you be able to make a barrel for a DI gun? Thinking 8" barrel with suppressor and JP silent capture spring. Also, I saw that several years back there was talk about a PPS43 mag adapter. 22TCM ammo fits real well in the PPS43 magazine, would you happen to also have a mag adapter available? @Mad-Machinist |
| sorry for the tardy reply.....got hit with WuFlu aka covid.......back to work now trying to get caught up....working on a solid model now to 3d print '43 mag blocks.....and can make a barrel no sweat.....what twist do you want???I'll have to see what I have in the shop and what is available.....barrel availability sucks currently |

No problem, I was in your shoes a couple weeks ago, not fun. I discovered that the mean arms magazine inserts should work with 22tcm, so no rush on the mag adapter. From what I've read, I think maybe a 1-9 twist barrel may be ideal, but would be open to anywhere from 1-7 twist to 1-10. |
| Just got a solid done for the first trial fit of the PPS43 magwell adapter......gonna try printing one with my new 3D printer......then we'll make necessary adjustments.....will make it MUCH easier to make. Takes almost a whole day to make one the way I make now out of aluminum and steel. I will start looking for barrel blanks..... |

I hope to be caught up with all the backlog form the election panic and my encounter with Rice Rabies caught up in the next 4 or 5 weeks......maybe sooner.....then I can get some of the more creative things I want to do......like work on my inspired by subgun kits  and get the 43 mag adapter up as a production item.

Thanks.....but I got an area squared away and got the first of what I hope is many printers set up this weekend.....Lots of little stuff like blast deflectors, mag adapters, and even mag catches.... |

| I actually have an STL and am in testing now with a 3d printed filler block with a steel mag catch. Gonna put a forced reset trigger in my tok 15 and run a couple of thousand rounds to see if I can break one. and see how the FRT is and kill two birds with one stone. |

| Still ironing out the feed ramp on the printed mag adapter for PPS43 mags. I had one printed out of aluminum but it wasn't cheap....looking for an economical place to print them out of metal. Just got a few printed on a Haas Mark forged printer as well and while they seem more robust I need to get some rounds downrange to test them. Give me a shout at the shop.....I am slowing down I'll explain in a thread above. |

You can get it from RMW Xtreme. They have Mag-block for PPS43 mag and adapter for 7.62x25 and it will work on 22TCM. I bought one and it run really good out it. Here is the link where to buy it.
