Was threading this screw back in on right side and a few turns in the screw just snapped. About half the screw now stuck in the safety.  I emailed through the web sight but have not heard anything back.  Should I attempt to get the screw out?

How do I go about getting replacement screw?

If I can’t what is next step.   Thanks!

Please email us your name and shipping address and we'll get you a couple of replacement screws.  Sorry about the website.  We had a glitch with the new website.  All emails sent through the website the last couple of months never reached us.  Please email direct at [email protected]

Thank you.

Follow up.  Got the screws. Have not been able to get the old screw out.  Have broken off 2 Cobalt drill bits designed to go through SS etc.

Hole is too small for an extractor.  Any advice anyone?

Have contacted BAD and am waiting response there still.  Didn’t know if anyone else has had this happen. Need to get Rifle back in service.

Did you just email us this afternoon?  If so, please give us a chance and time to handle this.  We need at least 1-2 business days to respond.  If you don't hear back by Monday end of day PST, please then follow-up again.  We'll help you, not to worry.

Please note that although I try to respond here as much as I can, I don't always have time to monitor our forum and respond. This is not the best place for RMA issues unless you have exhausted the normal options.  Please go through our website under RETURNS and submit an RMA request form or email us directly.
