Our Ten-Speed Pistol mag pouch is not quite big enough to hold a CAT or other military issued TQ's. You might be able to get something like the RAT TQ in there though. I know some guys use our baton pouch as a TQ holder, but even that feels a little snug when I try it. HTH Stephen |

I use the belt low ride M4 pouch for SOFTT-W that I flat fold. ITS did a good video how to fold the SOFTT-W to make it more compact. I also put a pair of gloves secured to the TQ. I now carry that with me every where I go and it conceals awesome! I keep the triangle pointed up to assist in getting it out of the pouch.
M4 Low Ride will also fit: The mini Hyfin Vented Chest Seals (x2), a Celox Rapid Ribbon, and a NPA The M4 High Ride will for a H&H mini compression dressing and a H&H Z-Fold gauze (flat fold). Will also hold a SOFTT-W. ...you do need to mind how you fold the corners of the packaging so they don’t snag your clothing or jab you in the back. I have found using these for medical items for EDC works pretty well, as it keeps the items (which are all flat fold versions) distributed across the small of my back or to the sides relatively flatter than other belt IFAKs. BFG: if you made a 7.62 (either the SR25 or 417) single mag belt pouch, it could work really well for a mini IFAK that could be easier to conceal than the Micro TKN. 1x M4 Belt Pouch for TQ/gloves 1x 7.62 Belt pouch for other items...or a 7.62 mag :) |
