My new one (6943ck) I just received from Botach a couple weeks ago was everything I expected. Botach was quick to ship and easy to track. I’ve had zero issues on 10+ orders. |

Attached File I wasn’t thrilled with the price but it ain’t 2017 anymore and they just keep going up in price.Attached File Rear sight. Switched out immediately. The front sight locks just like it does on all my other 6940’s. Some of pics posted are from LE trade in uppers. It’s a little confusing. Those trade in uppers are sweet. Congrats to those who jumped on them. Or I may have misunderstood. It’s 2022, I take nothing for granted.

I don’t think 3 of them in that pic are Colt barrels. 2nd from the top looks legit with a .750” gas block, and 4th down with a .625”. The rest have a different profile forward of the gas block. Can’t say for sure but SOLGW 11.5” barrels have a similar profile to them, maybe some others as well. |

I think they originally came with M4LE lowers. Here's mine on a SBR'd M4 lower.  I'd be tempted to get one if they guaranteed all Colt, but "ALL SALES FINAL, POLICE DEPT USED, CONDITIONS VARY, PARTS MAY VARY" is not encouraging. |

At $399, they might be worth the gamble. 3 out of the 5 in that pic have Colt skinny handguards, carry handle is worth a few bucks. All uppers in the pic are “C” stamped other than the cage code upper that looks stamped. Pretty sure you could re-coup your money on parts even if it wasn’t a Colt barrel. |

Specialized Armament can modify them to use KAC rail covers and they look pretty bad ass with them. Unfortunately they will only do it if you are having certain other work done so it isn't a cheap option. It will also take quite a while before they get to it but it will be pretty sweet when it's done. |
