So picked this up today and was disappointed…. Bought this from AU and clearly states on the add that these are US23 marked for the European market overruns. They posted these unmarked slides as well so figured 2 oddities in one. Come to find out mine has no US23 markings anywhere Has anyone else picked one up and is yours marked correctly as they state online? Attached File Attached File Attached File |

I hadn’t seen these at AU but did see that CDNN has them listed as well. If you look at the pictures they have you can see the US23 on the right side of the frame up near the muzzle. I can’t see it on the slide or barrel in the pics but you can see the serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel. They also have the standard slide markings on them. Link to 1911 |

But they made a specific listing with the unmarked slides and the US23 which is what I bought but mine does not have the US23 markings as they state. Just curious if anyone else got one of these from them |
