Got a trade-in 6921 upper in today from Clyde Armory. It's in better shape than the website pics reflect. Came with BCG & CH (which I failed to get pics of when I had it apart for cleaning), shiny handguards, and side sling adapter (which was in the LH config before I swapped it to RH). I added the carry handle.      (Ignore the Matech - I was considering using that and opted for the carry handle instead)   |

Colt AR-15 A2 Gov't Carbine. Looks like a 6520, LEO marked. $879.99. Tempting. https://www.kingsfirearmsonline.com/products/police-trade-colt-s-mfg-co-inc-ar-15-a2-gov-t-carbine-5-56mm-61281 Used Police department trade-in Colt AR-15 A2 Gov't Carbine 5.56 NATO rifles in good duty use condition. Rifles are used so expect wear and scratches from use. These rifles have 16" thin profile barrels. Barrels have a 1:7 twist rate. All have "C" stamped barrels and bolt carriers. Forge marks on uppers vary. Fixed A2 carry handle rear sight with A-Post front sight. 4 position adjustable stock. All receivers are roll marked "Restricted" Most if not all have an aftermarket quad rail forearm. |
