I don’t know if it has been discontinued or not but, I have found Colt’s website not best on what models are actually available.  I also see 2025 on the “catalog” in the LE section on the site with the M5s.

The M5 series is very much alive and thriving. Colt's website is going through a rebuild so a lot of information is missing

More than likely it's not discontinued, but rather they are not manufacturing them at the moment. Probably so they can focus on manufacturing other models or to fill contracts on other things. Give it 2 or 3 years and they will have them all over their website.

The 14.5” complete carbine is listed as available on various LGS over here in EU.
I haven’t seen one in person though.
