https://armsunlimited.com/colt-m7-308-762-semi-auto-precision-rifle-16-barrel/ AU has these back in stock for a really nice price. Bought one. NV to UT should be quick so hoping to post pictures next week. It will be my first 308 AR pattern rifle. |

My UPS tracking still doesn't show shipped. Hopefully it's picked up tomorrow/Monday. Apparently Colt is exporting these in full auto form, from the March report from the House committee on foreign relations. I've never heard of it but East Timor is an island country, 1.3M population, north of Australia, an Island south of Indonesia.

Minuteman1636 and I bought one of those 14.5 P/Ws recently from AU, he paid for his 2 days before me, and mine shipped next day air and his shipped ground 5 days later. I feel your pain. |

AU's stock has been sitting at 90 for 2+ days now and I'm still not seeing these anywhere else for sale online, but I have also seen AU's inventory drop from 40+ to sold out in a day on odd ball/rarer Colt items like the retro releases so not sure what to think about that. I was hoping to get this this week considering when the order was placed. It is what it is. I doubt these were made in similar quantities versus normal 5.56 guns. |

There isn't commercial distribution of parts currently, UNLESS you see some pop up on Brownells or Coltparts.com. If a person buys one, they should not have an expectation of spare parts being available in the near future. At least, I'm buying mine with the mindset that I won't see any parts in the next 6 to 12 months. YMMV. |

USMC 85-'93 Amphibious YAT-YAS
Picked it up from the LGS today. Pleased with what arrived.  Rollmarked! But Colt grinded the selector stops off.  Colt Defense marked, I like the purple anno of the upper. Brass Forge forge mark, but no cage code or C mark on the upper. It would be hard to mistake these uppers though.  Correctly marked colt 308 bolt.  Not sure who makes the ambi charging handle.  308 stamped buffer.  I was born in Hartford CT and the Colt brand is something I grew up with, these are a nice addition to the Colt collection. |
