Could we have an anodized parts swap thread here? (Page 1 of 3)

Sorry if this has been done before and please feel free to close it if it is not allowed. Would anyone be open to a thread dedicated to swapping Geissele anodized parts? I know some folks like the mix and match DDC/green, and I know a lot of people are wanting a more uniform looking rifle. So a thread where if you aren’t in love with the Ano shade you received, you could post photos of your rail, upper, what have you, in sunlight, and swap it with someone else? It might not be a huge group of people, but I bet there are enough of us nerds to keep it active. Just a question/gauge of interest. I only ask this because I received a DDC rail today that I swear must be clear or some weird shade of grey |

I wouldn’t be a participant because I’m not building anything at this time, but without considering the logistics or limitations I think the idea has merit. I can only imagine that someone would likely want this for a unique build: “I received a DDC rail today that I swear must be clear or some weird shade of grey” |

I have the following ano parts I would like to trade maybe. https://imgur.io/a/ToYQyUY -tabbed super duty from the blem sale, would like to trade for a brighter green super duty upper to match the rail (blem engraving but brand new) -MK14 in DDC 9.3 (blem engraving) used - MK14 in DDC 9.3. (Clear ano/grey color) used -MK4 DDC 13 inch. Used -G DDC upper, no tab. I’m really looking for more flat/red/brown DDC parts, as well as basically anything green. I have long arms so these 9 inch rails would love to go toward something 13+. Let me know what you have! I have more photos. |

ETA: going a different route. Anyone have a blem black (not Luna) 9.3" tabbed set and want to trade for a blem 9.3" tabbed ODG set? Luna is off the table. Still working to trade ODG set. I have the following items I am looking to swap- G mk14 7 inch rail-just looking for another 7 inch rail in ddC, not picky.  G mk14 DDC 9.3 inch rails- pretty sure they are both blems, but the one is a pretty good fde color, one is almost grey. G mk14 odg 13.5 Would love to trade for anything 10.5 + inches in ODG, or anything in clear.  I also have this Unity that is almost sand/fde. Would love to trade for your browner shade one. Hey all- I have a 9.3 tabbed 40MM MK16 that I would really like to trade for a 10.5 or longer rail… I would really like a clear (or iridium or whatever G called it) or even a different shade of green (namely a blem that’s weird looking) The 9.3 just isn’t long enough for my arms |

I have a blem 40mm green MK 16 tabbed 15” upper and rail combo from the July 4th sale. I am interested in trading the rail for a 15” or 13.5” MK 16 tabbed rail in black or Luna black, open to other ideas also. I also have gray and black buffer tubes for trade. Looking to trade a tabbed mk16 15" gray rail for a lighter shade of gray - closer to the upper, buffer tube and ACH gray shown in the pictures below. The one I have is blem marked (no blems noticed), brand new and is a slightly darker, almost blue look. Just let me know - I would be good with 10.5", 13.5" or 15" length.
