So, I’m looking for something sub $200 to throw on a 15-22 I have. Looking through the offerings from vortex I’ve settled on the crossfire ii 2-7x32 but there is two different versions, one designated rimfire and one not, same price. Forgive me if I’m missing something obvious here but reading through the specs and description everything looks the same. Is there a difference? Any reason I shouldn’t just order the regular version in case I end up liking it and want to throw it on a 5.56 gun someday down the road? Thanks guys |

You'll find that the Crossfire 2-7x32 has a parallax setting of 100 yards and the Crossfire 2-7x32 Rimfire has a parallax setting of 50 yards. The Crossfire II 2-7x32 Rimfire also only has the V-Plex reticle available while the 2-7x32 has the V-Plex and Dead-Hold BDC. Let us know if you have any other questions - happy to help.
