There are some weird libertarian swings in some of the decisions. Whereas the democrat appointees appear more lockstep. It would be interesting to see the % of agreement cross referenced across all the justices in a matrix. I will say when it really matters, he is a souter, not an o'conner. Obamacare being the obvious example. Glad to see Thomas getting to lead a conservative wing. He waited long enough. |
