I saw a couple of full 6933 config guns for sale with M4 Commando lowers. Most were the same price as a normal 6933, but there was one dealer that wanted $5500 for one. I don't know if it was Brownells or Arms Unlimited, but someone sold a bunch of stripped M4 Commando lowers. I there were a couple on the EE that were assembled into pistols. |

In 2016-2017 Early 12” and 14.5 carbine available in Italy had the M4 Commando lower. Later on they standardized on the Carbine M4 marked lower like any other 6920. I’ve always thought they were overruns from US market that were quickly assembled for us. Never saw a Commando lower again since then.

The letters are too uniform. I have been told that they will be laser engraved. So, I am confident that is what they well be. I'm not trying to be a right fighter...I'm just trying to keep you guys from setting yourself up with false expectations. |

That makes it easier to see the rollmarks. I agree now that the photo is a rollmarked lower. However, the new lowers will still be laser engraved. |

I went in for two on the original offering and was surprised by getting consec serial numbers….I’ll do the same this go around and hope for the best…. …with AU you never know!

The laser lowers to me look like something someone can get easily reproduced on an 80% lower. The stamped ones, not so much. I’d honestly be surprised if some fakes of these and the SCW lowers don’t show up on the market. |
