I placed an order on 20160505 and I'm hoping the Form 3 will come back in time for the Form 4 submission to beat 41F...
How are Form 3 approval returns trending right now for you guys? |

| We called this morning and there was a March 14th still in pending. The last ones were 3/29-4/14... but that doesn't mean that all before 3/29 are done. It was just the general range that we're getting back now. Average is probably 9 weeks right now, but 12 isn't uncommon |

Still have a few weeks, so certainly not impossible. Worst case, I can send you over a copy of the Form 3 to give to your dealer.
If your dealer is comfortable with it, you could file that Form 4 a bit early. Chances are at this point, before they ever see that Form 4 the 3 will be approved. |

Actually - it looks like you sent me a copy of the Form 3 with the order? If that's the case I'll print it out and run it by my FFL today and see what they're willing to do... With my luck they'll do it, and then a day later the form 3 will be approved anyway

It's ok...I've already gotten printed and had some passport photos taken for it
I actually got a bunch of prints and photos, because while this one is being done on my trust, I'm going to be mailing a couple of individual Form 1s as well on the 13th or 14th. My local sheriff's office used to charge $15 for the prints; now it's $5, and they seem to be open longer hours...so I no longer need to take a half day off work just to get printed. That was a pleasant find. It worked out, no worries!

Actually someone there was gracious enough to email me a copy of the approved form 3, which happened to come in yesterday! I printed a copy of it out and I'll see if I can't get my FFL to smack something together and get it postmarked today. Otherwise if that can't happen, I'm set, either way...I'd just rather use the print cards and photographs for doing individual forms for an SBR Yugo PAP and a Dead Air Wolverine, whenever you guys get them in
