Saw it's 07-10 manufactured and surplus.

Ordered a case a bit ago because I like igman and that's a nice price.

Then I realized this is slightly odd ammo to be surplus. Being soft point it's not military, and I wouldn't expect law enforcement to be stocking this stuff either.

Can you share the back story?

Igman had a storage facility that was full of ammo that they wanted to close down
