I was just re-reading this article that DD put on their web site's blog last February: https://danieldefense.com/wire/is-keymod-dead I noticed something interesting: The very end of the article provides links to purchase most of the KeyMod rails that DD offered at the time of publication. However, if you click on any of the links to the product pages, you'll see that the pages now indicate that the rails are discontinued. The sole exception, as I write this, is the Omega 9.0 in Keymod. I also noticed earlier this year that the M4V11 and M4V11 PRO were also discontinued. The only KeyMod rail gun that DD is still producing appears to be the M4ISR. (And ironically, the MFR XL rail used on that gun is discontinued and not available to purchase separately.) So does this mean that DD is finally done producing KeyMod rails, just 18 months after opining that it's not dead? |
