I've been trying to email and call for 3 days and my emails keep getting sent back undeliverable? I even tried IMing them on here and it says they are not accepting messages at the moment

Well that’s frustrating. Do you have another address you can try sending it from? Not sure what is going on otherwise.
Just to confirm you put the inc in there? Lots of people miss that.
