What I learned along time ago with Larue, especially with that lower blowout....hurry and buy it then think later! Those lowers went faster than nachos at a skating rink birthday party!

What was your order number? You were one of the first. I think we were all kind of thinking that the numbers started at zero. I don’t think his order numbers reset. Just hoping that I’m not a month out, and I got on it early. |

The earliest order number reported, right before the email launched, was 1150384. That’s less than 800 orders. I noticed in one of Mark's disclaimers that cards would be charged at time of order instead of when it ships. Gonna be a lot of people waiting if 1000 were ordered and they are only making 80 a week.

Do you guys think the knife is a limited run of this 1k only or just the first 1k are set at this price and after this the price will increase as it becomes a regular item they carry? At the very least I'm thinking this was special pricing for this specific package deal (like LT has done before with a ton of items).

Part of me thinks (after watching some video from shows) that maybe it will be a limited item for the year at another price point (knife only) and without the SWAG but sheath optional. We successfully cried and begged enough for a long time though! Just not sure if they enjoy the knife making as much...that's not to say there aren't knife folks working under that roof because you KNOW there is!
Maybe a 1911 is on the table as a possibility. It's totally within the realm of talent they have on board there with people designing and working the CNC machines! eta: That sheath is freakin beautiful! Mark takes amazing photos but damn she's HOT! Who doesn't love leather and with a kydex update to boot! |
