What you think, will this sell? i think mark could better spend the efforts on the platforms he already has OBR, TOBR than do this https://www.larue.com/products/Siete_Pistol_Grey/?mc_cid=19d3d05126&mc_eid=0288b974cb i have a ton of larue stuff but its a hard pass on this |
| Um, nope. I would love a .308, but maybe something I can actually use and not a gimmicky thing like this. I'm sure there's someone who would buy these, maybe. |
The 2nd is not about hunting, it never was. It was put in place for one reason and one reason only. You can't have them, we won't give them up, so get over it.
| It’s a 100 unit run that uses the same parts as the rifle stuck in a pistol chassis. As a niche manufacturer I doubt they’ll have an issue selling most of them. |

Here's a few videos on the original concept for this chassis from SHOT Show 2020: https://youtu.be/wm9CxCsDHeU?si=0BSyIhdEC4ljGXxb https://youtu.be/ZUGU8FdO3fw?si=zglqqEbiNzTDGBUV https://recoil.tv/watch/channel/shot-show-2019/XnDbfO1Yelqj-larue-day3-shot2020?q=larue%20siete |

I’m hoping that these were leftovers from the original Siete. These were the ones that were given away for the dillos correct? Then the design changed and we got the enhanced. Honestly I wasn’t sold on that chassis when it switched from wood to the sleek design as I wasn’t sure how it would work with ARCA. |

How can LT become so disconnected from the gun community. All its takes is someone thats into guns to share what the industry wants and advise appropriately. This does seem like a left over parts sale. The email clearly wasnt written by Mark that I got. Go back to the OG logo, and focus on innovation and getting the parts/guns out that we want. Need to fire that ceo |

It’s got that classic LaRue appeal - but I do think they missed an opportunity by not spinning these up in 8.6 BLK. Attached File |

Maybe that's ML's MO, but this looks more like he had a bunch of parts laying around and he wants to get rid of them; at a premium. I agree, more tOBR stuff would be nice (pencil/PredatAR style barrels, newer rails with additional lengths, etc.), as would a TranQuilo 2.0 - better sound suppression, further reduced back-pressure, and a much better MSRP (more like the OG TQ at like $699). ![]() |

Missed opportunity all the way around. I have a 12” 308 rifle and it’s a blast to shoot but it’s a bullet hose not pretending to be a precision rifle. This would have been a win with an 8.6 or 300bo barrel. Throw that entire Sidefolding brace thing in the trash and get one of the good adjustable setups for it after filing a free form 1 on it. It looks like the stock interface is very similar to the Kriss and others where you screw it in and tighten the screws under to lock her down. |
Its to late for the boots, save your watch!

Other than velocity what performance difference you think there is with 2.5” difference in barrel length? |

Ike here is claiming anything beyond 100 yards is dumb luck - given I can hit targets at 130 yds w/ a HiPoint .45 from kneeling, I find his doubt somewhat lacking in understanding. |

You Sir need to learn how to read, i said my 14.5 semi auto is superior in every way to the 12" pistol. It gets better velocity and bullet stabilization with the longer barrel. the reason i asked about grouping at 200 yards as lots of SBR rifles have issues with groups opening up as they go past 100 yards This is a nich Pistol with no nich, proven by the fact that they are still for sale. when is the last time LaRue had a less than 100 run of anything not sell out in 24 hours? Don't get me wrong im a huge larue fan and im sure these are cute, but im not sure what need they actually fit in the market other than maybe a collector gun case? if larue wants to dip their toes into the pistol market they should start cranking out high end 1911's there is a much larger market out there for them. |
| The amount of extra stabilisation you will get from 2.5" of barrel is negligible and would only matter if you were on the ragged edge of stabilization. If properly twisted with similar barrels it wouldn't surprise me if the bolt action was more accurate as that is the norm. Like I said above I'm curious as to what specifically you will gain with 2.5" of barrel. |

| Almost a week and the link is still live. It'll be interesting to see how long they leave it up. I don't recall any special offering staying available this long. |
