Quick question for those in the know: (or for MI Support): I've got a Trijicon TA44 mounted in a MI QDTAM mount...the mount locks down securely within the picatinny grooves (as per the instructions in MI's Youtube video) but when I lock it down is still slides forward/backward slightly...I can eliminate this back & forth play but in doing so I have to overtighten the mount, i.e. i cannot unlatch it without using a tool to assist. is it normal, or do I have an out-of-spec QDTAM mount? I have to assume its NOT normal as it's causing me lots of pain to sight in my upper, even at 50 yards! thanks! dh PS...the upper in question is one of the new MI lightweight barrelled uppers in .223 Wylde |
