At this point I can’t recommend purchasing anything from Atlantic. Bought one of these AP5SD’s that turned out to be a lemon. Also bought a MKE A3 stock that’s also no good. Atlantic agreed to swap out the stock but won’t do the same for the AP5…despite having them in stock….because the SKU on the package I purchased is different than the ones they have in stock (no SP Tactical brace included with the in stock SKU). Their customer service is atrocious. Only other solution provided was to send the gun to Century and let their “gunsmiths” fix it. |
Sir , You are correct if we had just shipped you the gun and it was defective out of the box we normally try to swap it out for you. I am not sure why this was not an option but do not know your name or order number. Please PM over those details and I will investigate this on Monday once the office opens back up for the week.

With Atlantic Firearms being based out of Maryland........ Maryland LAW Exempts Active & Retired Law Enforcement from the 10 round magazine law. I inquired about this since I wanted to purchase an AP5SD that comes with 30 round magazines. I emailed my Credentials to y'all. Your employee was not very friendly and was indignant really..... You would think a Maryland Company would be willing to SUPPORT Active & Retired LE and KNOW the LAWS. Instead y'all just take the magazines and probably sell them on your site when they SHOULD have been given to the customer! Not being very Pro 2nd Amendment................. |

I cannot help that my past profession allows me to buy high capacity magazines in Maryland. YES, EVERYONE Should Be Allowed to HAVE them................ But I should NOT be Penalized for being allowed to have them. Let alone have the ffl take them, then sell them to someone else for a profit. When I PAID for them with MY $$$$ when I made the purchase.......... HOW is that fair also? I just guess we can Agree to Disagree  |
