30% Off 25oz Bone in Ribeye at the grocery store soo... Souis video for 3 hours at 120F, Bone cut off and given to the dog, finished in a pan with butter. Sois vide was 9F lower than usual so I didn't overcook it in the pan when finishing. Plus some scallops @ 60 seconds per side in butter. Steak ended up being 40% fat

They are heavenly I got me some steak ums and I gotta say they cooked up really nice, very convenient to have a cheesesteak for lunch on a whim. I usually use his bread. There may have been a night of drinking beer and waygu where I was forced to make some of it for him. |
