If we are talking dreams, I'd love a new-built smokeless-rated Martini-action rifle. Very strong and accurate action, but few of the .303 smokeless-rated model are around (I've never actually seen one before). But H&R's history would lean more to sticking to stuff like the M1, T48, and M16 clones. |

Will there ever be an option for round handguards on the 20 inch uppers, or will it only be oval? Also is there a rough timeline for when we could expect m16a2 rifles or uppers?

There are some that are made now that look very good, but material is different than originals. |

I did that by putting the flat spring in a plier and gently squeeze it a few times to reduce the tension of the flat spring. For the roll pin, i had the rear sight wheel between vice. just so that the vice can hold the sight wheel with the hole facing up. use a small needle nose plier to hold roll pin, line up the roll pin with the hole n gently tap the roll pin with brass/plastic hammer just a little so that it holds. then drive it further down with a 1/16 roll pin but make sure u dont drive it too far as the wheel sight needs to go through the screw. now u cam assemble the wheel sight onto the sight assembly with the detent n spring. once everything is lined up, just use a needle nose plier to squeeze the roll pin through the screw. i watch video on a1 rear sight installation, and yes u r right, our h&r rear sight does not assemble as easily as on video, seems like we have stoffer flat spring olus the hole in the rear wheel where u drive the roll pin is slightly undersized. |

I have installed 3 separate A1 sight kits from H&R, LuthAR, and Fulton and all 3 required me to relieve tension on the spring some before they could be installed. |
