I was going to go with a gate lock on my mini-SPR, since that's what I got pinned and welded, but now that the Jensen v. ATF is panning out I can get a little bit more of what I want. What is the current recomendation for a mini-SPR? Any mount will do. Accuracy is a concern, but mostly want to minimize flash and weight while still keeping up the durability. Would like to stay under 16oz for the suppressor. The mini-SPR is a 14.5" Criterion mid.  ETA: I was intrigued by the OTB taper mounts and Recce 5K conventional for keeping everything short and light weight, with BFA training opportunities, but was worried about the durability of that setup. |

The Recce5K will keep the gun light and the precision will totally be there. The AM version is pretty performing in flash and sound and very erosion proof with the nickel 625X. You might then just want a cover for mirage, and maybe an adjustable block might be a nice companion feature to keep the pressure managed. |

I won't be doing that much BFA training, so I should just swap when going to a class that requires a BFA now that it's an option. |
