Good update, I am too cheap for anything that high end and require a stamp. That last group with a new firearm would be a fine group for me.

I like what he's doing, but I don't like his presentation. He's kinda all over the place. I might have missed it, but I don't recall him saying how far out that target was, but I'm assuming 25 yards at most, maybe less. Fifty or a hundred yards would have been better. But if he did say, I missed it, because he rambles and mixes things up. The other thing, is he should have waited for a less windy day or shot his groups at an indoor range. He did show that the Freedom line barrel was holding up well, and it's the cheap option from PSA. We knew the FN barrels from the premium line were good, since Battlefield Las Vegas kept tabs on all their guns, and they stayed accurate and wore pretty much the same as the Colts, as did the rest of the rifle. They both had the same kinds of failures at the same range of round counts, basically being about even in reliability. And both were fired in full auto. He seems like a good guy, but he just needs to slow down a bit to be sure he gets all the pertinent information out and where it can be heard and remembered. |
