My first AR build - All psa and magpul moe so far (pretty standard but I still love it!)
PSA stripped lower PSA moe lower build kit PSA midlength CHF upper TROY folding BUIS Thinking bout adding an MOE handguard, vortex flash hider and possibly MOE vertical grip Eventually like to add an EoTech or Aimpoint when funds allow. Pardon the crappy pictures....i'm not very artistic or good at taking pictures

You should be able to mount the rear sight a bit further back when you turn it around. 
When folded it should be perfectly at the end of the upper receiver. Have you taken it out and shot it yet? Originally Posted By PalmettoStateArmory:

Not a good idea to use peel washers on a Vortex. The flats will go where they need to so the Vortex can be tightened to the barrel. Been done since the 15 business days after the 2011 Black Friday sale (thanks PSA!). Just added some new FDE furniture and a PA M3 clone red dot sight.

I posted these in the Troy section but will also post here since the lower, LPK, upper, and barrel are all PSA. This is a build that I did using "Christmas deal parts" that I got on sale. The rifle is 100% PSA and Troy 
The photos are taken with a Canon T3i that I got my wife for Christmas. This was my first time using it and I only used it in auto. I am hoping to learn more about the camera as it's ability far surpasses mine!

Guess I'll toss mine in the mix here. Just finished this build this past weekend- haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. At first pass though I'm quite happy with the fit and finish. The stripped lower I'd bought back during the Father's day sale, and then just got the upper. The fit and finish between both is dang near perfect. Specs: PSA lower & LPK Giessele SSA trigger PSA BCG (auto/MP tested) PSA 16" CHF M4 upper Smith Vortex FH MI BUIS BCM Gunfighter Mod.4 charging handle Spikes Buffer tube and ST-T2 buffer CTR/MOE stock and fore-end Aimpoint Pro VTAC sling IWC QD sling mount Ergo grip   |

Just finished my dissy build tonight. PSA upper and lower, MOE build kit, and topped it with a Troy buis and the aimpoint micro 2 moa on a Larue mount. I added a tac latch and gear sector sling adapter after I took the pic.
The bottom is the midlength PSA build I finished about a month ago, same set up with the exception of the Eotech XPS 2.

Upper for the newest project stick showed up tonight! Thanks PSA.
Still needs some things before it will be done but figured I would post it. Not sure if I will stay with this HK e1 stock on it (had it extra since I put an STR on another AR with it previously) but I like it on this one for now. Palmetto upper, ss 16" barrel mid gas 1/8 wylde chamber with Troy TRX 11" rail LRM Arms lower, Palmetto LPK MOE+ grip, MOE trigger guard

Got the kit in!
Check contents: 
All bitz accounted for, they even tossed in a FOL magpul trigger guard (halla!) First things first check FSB... Good, no cant, pins in good. Look over barrell, in barrel with LED light: 
All looks good. Check upper: all looks good, feed ramps good (no machine marks/burs), has been fired. 
BCG: All as expected, staked. Bolt MP'ed and extractor is good/proper insert: 
The assembly went smooth (as expected) trigger is allot nicer than that used DD FCG I had for years. Crisp break no grit. Saftey transitions smoothly, and take down pins work with a light push of the finger....smooth, no punch or the like. Upper/lower fit tight with VERY little play Laser etchings good 
Added BCM CH mod4, Staked RE and nut (both sides): 
Done! Except the TLRs 1 light which will go on the 1-130 side of foregrip first slot (neet to get a 2.5 rail to mount) Also on the fence about a rear sight...might get the DD Fixed or HK style...not sure. For now a chopped A2 is ok. 
Great kit for the money! LPK was surprisingly well made, over all satisfied with quality of parts, assembly of upper |

Just found the PSA area...wish they weren't OOS on so many things right now, built my first rifle 2 month ago and just finished a second for my wife so she wouldn't steal mine, still have one stripped lower left I want to build but so few rifle kits to choose from

I'm asking because I'll be pulling the trigger on a kit tonight. Just haven't decided which one yet. It will go on the PSA lower I got last week. ETA: Ordered tonight 20" chrome-lined A2 profile kit with carbine stock and PSA carry handle. The kit went through as in-stock but the carry handle is listed as out of stock... so we'll see.
