I just received the upper I ordered and the gas block looks to be secured with the usual two set screws but, upon closer exam there is a roll pin that looks to also cross pin the block to the barrel. For one thing I have never seen a roll pin used to pin a gas block and secondly is pinning the block now SOP ? I’m certainly not complaining as this is a pleasant surprise. I wish everyone pinned low pro gas blocks. This is the SKU # 51655200888 Thanks in advance KC |
