I have a Pro and there's ten clicks, in the brightness settings. I cannot start to see the red dot, till six or so. Yes, brand new battery. Is there a problem here?

Normal... Off, 1-4 are NV but sometimes you might get a very-very-very faint dot on 4, 5-8 get brighter, 9 is super bright.
