I would love to see side-mag fed bolt action uppers for 338 Lapua and 50BMG. Maybe even a 408 CheyTac or 416 Barret flavor as well. I am actually shopping for one at the moment, and would back burner it if I knew you had one on the horizon.
Also, more faux dissipators and CHF kits. |

We do not know who Todd Bailey is and have never talked to him. So, no, neither him nor any company he owns including Omega is involved in this project. For your second question, this is a completely in-house project we have been working on for a few years. PTR has no involvement in this project. Thanks, Josiah |

Oh yea, I'm in. Any price point predictions yet? Rumors? Always wanted one, just hard to justify the ones out there already at the $1700 and up pricing. More on the market should hopefully drive costs down some. Of course I also have to factor in the SBR tax and silencer tax and wait.....

Would it be possible to convey the following message to whomever is assembling these? "He who grinds down bolt to fix bolt gap caused by mistakes made when pressing barrel deserves to die in a fire." (Feel free to change "he" to "she" or whatever your corporate policy is on use of gender in communications) |

Thanks, Josiah What people are inquiring on is the source of the parts as people have been burnt in the past. If you can assure people that you are using quality parts and not cutting corners you will have a big following. Until then you are going to have a lot of skepticism and critics. For example if you told people that the flats were LCS or MKE stampings, barrels, trunnions and bolts were RCM and you collaborated with PTR industries people would be at ease as these part makers have earned a reputation in the HK parts business. As a no namer in the HK world, you are going to have to prove yourselves with quality out of the gate. You may even want to see if Henderson Defense - Battlefield Las Vegas would run a few sample hard and give you feedback. With that said what lower pack will they come with and what is the target price range? |
