It is, everything we manufacture is handmade in Stanwood WA USA. I'm not sure what's going on there, but that isn't right. My observation was my error, those are laser cut as a guide for the sewers. DM'd OP for resolution, one way or the other we will get him fixed up. |

For lining up the folded dohicky on the underside that those barracks are attempting to keep in place, allegedly. |

Laminate cordura and the lasers open up allot of possibilities! You do end up with some random holes n shit for alignment but they pose no detriment except in the looks department but I think with the whole package they fit! Just made a new sample for our proto enhanced inner belt that has about 870 holes in it. Aids in cooling a bit and shaved a whole .1oz off
