Hey everyone, I'm wondering if I missed something on the website about billing and shipping address differences when ordering something. Ordered an AEMB thread protector, but had to use an alternative card since my usual card didn't even acknowledge I tried to buy something from them. Said card has a different address to my current shipping address. Where it seems to be a problem is that it looks like the thread protector is getting sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address that I put in. Not the biggest issue as it's going to family, but I'd like to know for next time if that's the norm or just an unfortunate mixup? |

email me with your order number, it sounds like I just screwed up and shipped it to the default address which is billing. It's a mess with cards. If a merchant ships an order where the card was not present, to an address other than the billing address the card holder has no obligation to pay for the item if they decide to say they didnt order it. Credit cards never side with merchants in those instances. But in your case, it sounds like it was my mistake. If it's going to cause an extra delay, I can get a replacement out to you. |

Just sent an email in regards to the mixup. I'm in no major rush, so I don't need another sent my way, but if there is a way you could help I'd appreciate it. Not gonna be seeing the family member for a few months at minimum, so if there is a way I can send them a new shipping label they can tape to the package to get it shipped to the right address, that'd work. |
