Anyone else have issues getting an RMA started? I have a PA GLX2x and my battery cap is stuck tight and the slot is marred badly, this thing isn't coming off. I chatted on Friday and was told to await an email "next week". I also filled out the RMA form on the website and was contacted Monday AM via email asking if I attempted to use a 2032 battery to unscrew the cap. I've tried everything imaginable (in reason, I don't want to trash the optic). I replied letting them know and that I would feel better just sending it in to have it repaired. I've yet to get a response back. Last time I've dealt with PA it was a 1 call resolution. With this particular issue I've had 3 contacts and no resolution. |
| Not acceptable!!! Email me direct at [email protected] I will get you a replacement and your email info will let me track down why you didn't get a response. That email avoids any SPAM trap |

| Replacement going out today. We have extras of the new battery cao design that eliminates this. If you have a 2X with the very shallow battery slot let me know and I will send you a new cap |
