I want to thank those of you who IM/call/e-mail me with info about RRA threads that show up here and there both on this site and across the web. I try to get to as many sites as I can duringthe course of both my work day (this is only a small part of what I do) and even on my own time, ( I have lost track of who I am on whichever site it is, let alone passwords) but there are way too many to hit, especially within second and third tier posts on seemingly unrelated threads/forums. At times it almost looks like some folks are posting where they know we don't/won't respond/monitor. Not all of it is bashing, but some of it is. I would just as soon address it and resolve whatever the issue is rather than having it festering somewhere that I don't get to very often or at all. That said, I would ask you to do me a favor. Guide the discussion here, to this forum, especially if its a customer service or product quality issue that I can address. Just politely point out that they may have a better opportunity to addess whatever issue they may have if they actually let us know about it. This gives them a 24/7/365 opportunity to do so. They can also call us toll free at 866-980-7625 during business hours (8-4 Central time), e-mail us at [email protected], or even e-mail or IM me directly here. Guys, I have to be honest with you. I don't live, eat, and sleep ARs day and night. I used to hit ARFCOM and other sites from home quite a bit,but really don't like to anymore. I hit this site and a couple others throughout the day, but that is a very, very small part of my overall job at RRA. I really do appreciate the info and feedback that many of you are providing about comments at other sites and on other forums...but I can't get to all of them. Instead of getting into "fights" on those threads, please try to steer the discussion here,into our industry thread on ARFCOM, so the record can be set straight. Now I also recognize that a couple of the pot-stirrers are banned for life from ARFCOM for various and sundry offenses and won't be able to chimein here, but they can still read the correct info.
